Putri Noor is the Founder and Managing Partner of Taxena International Network. She leads the firm’s overall strategy and professional service delivery, with primary responsibility for tax consulting, accounting and compliance advisory.
She has extensive experience handling a broad range of Indonesian tax matters, including corporate income tax, value-added tax, employee taxation, related party transactions, cross-border transactions, funding structures, mergers and acquisitions and special tax regimes.
In addition to client advisory work, Putri is actively involved in professional development and regularly delivers in-house and external training programs, particularly in the field of taxation and regulatory compliance.
Taufiq Saedi is the Co-Founder and Partner of Taxena, responsible for business development and client engagement, with a primary focus on Malaysia and regional markets.
He plays a key role in developing cross-border client relationships, supporting regional expansion initiatives, and serving as a main liaison for clients seeking to establish or manage business operations in Indonesia from abroad.
